Ottima posizione per tutte le direttrici nord ovest -sud ovest , negozi e supermercati comodi , buone possibilità di parcheggio . Cucina attrezzata .Camere essenziali con ottima aria condizionata . Aree comuni valide sia a piano terra che in terrazza .

Dato che gli unici gestori telefonici risultano essere ,confermato anche dall'ufficio informazioni, TIM e Vodafone bisognerebbe segnalarlo alla clientela . In caso contrario bisogna predisporre un collegamento Wi-Fi .
