Eine tolle Unterkunft, alles super sauber. Die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert, zusätzlich Ventilator vorhanden. Küche gut ausgestattet und es gibt eine Grundausstattung an Öl,Shampoo, spüli etc das vom Gastgeber sehr akkurat in kleinen hygienischen Sets zusammengestellt wird. Außerdem haben wir einen Geschenkkorb mit Wein und Nudeln sowie ein paar Snacks bekommen, was sehr aufmerksam war. Der Gastgeber hat sich im Vorfeld sogar Gedanken über unsere Schlafsituation mit Kind gemacht, hätte sogar eine Verschiebung der Betten möglich gemacht und uns alles mögliche zur Verfügung gestellt damit unser Aufenthalt möglichst komfortabel ist. Sogar einen Hochstuhl spontan vorbeigebracht. Die Lage ist super, nähe Stadt und Nähe Strand. Am Ende hatten wir Lebensmittel übrig, auch darum hat sich Michael gekümmert damit nichts verschwendet wird, er war für uns immer über booking erreichbar. Wir können es sehr weiterempfehlen und danken Michael für den wundervollen Aufenthalt.

Das Kondenswasser der Klimaanlage könnte besser aufgefangen werden, es durchnässt die Terrasse

Vicino al centro di Portoscuso. Ottimo cesto di benvenuto con prodotti locali. Vari saponi e pastiglie lavastoviglie. Condimenti vari quali sale olio e aceto. Ambiente climatizzato.

Unica nota la TV che nonostante fosse smart non ne voleva sapere di connettersi

We are a family of 4 and we enjoyed our stay in the property. It is clean and well maintaned, the location is perfect - shops, restaurants, beach and parks are within a walking distance (5-10mins). There is a semi-second floor on which the kids bed are situated and the roof is a bit low (an adult should low down a bit to stay there), but it is OK - the kids liked :) Michael is a superhost - very polite, helpful and assist us with some tourist info (where to find the flamigos, some boat trips, etc). The kids enjoyed the playground which is 10mins away from the property in a wonderful cool park (the whole park is shady) and the nearest beach (very calm and clear water and clean sand).

Sometimes is hard to park in front of the house and you should drive around to find a parking spot, but most of the time it was easy to find one.
