Had tons of issues. For one, we were lied to repeatedly about the pools being open during our stay. They said they were open and available to use during our stay. Was even given hours for the pool! Which I assumed were off peak hours because it was only "open" from like 8 to 4! Which we didn't like, but at least we had a pool to swim in. So we thought. But the pools were closed! I could have paid way less and got a whole 3-story house with 3 decks for less than what we paid for this rental. We chose the rainbow and paid more because we were promised a pool to use! Was also told there was a sofa bed in the living room, and there was not. Hate paying all these "cleaning fees." $250 to $550 bucks in cleaning fees for rentals, and for one, we are expected to clean everything ourselves! Then we check in, and the rentals are always dirty. The floors were making our feet black the whole time we were there. And we had two babies walking and crawling on those dirty floors! Cupboards and drawers were dirty/gross. Rentals, especially when you rent to families, should have all the outlets covered! That's a huge safety issue! We had 2 babies constantly trying to play with all the outlets because they were not covered. Something we shouldn't have had to deal with or worry about. Those outlets could have killed them! The balcony railings are extremely dangerous and unsafe. The babies(toddlers) really wanted to be outside on the balcony but couldn't be out there because they could fall through the railings!! Shocked, they were even built that way! Water pressure was not so great and the water didn't stay warm long. The fridge was broken and falling apart, and missing tons of needed shelves! Had tape holding the icemaker and water line onto the fridge! Tvs/wifi didn't work well. Didn't work at all sometimes. Tape on toilet paper holder didn't hold the bar, so it couldn't stay up .
