Oceanfront high rise. 2 and 3 bedroom units with 2 full baths. Living room with dining area opens to a private balcony. Each unit has a modern kitchen, washer, dryer, and central air. The 3 bedroom units are either direct oceanfront or bayview. 2 bedroom units are oceanview. Recreational facilities include, indoor pool, tennis court, lounge, saunas, indoor basketball court, ping-pong, coin operated pool tables, video game room, and sundeck. Game equipment is not provided. The building has 4 elevators, assigned parking and a non-refundable registration fee. Oceanfront high rise buildings book first-act fast or lose your week! The penthouse units on the 20th floor are split level units with interior stairs. Common area usage fee payable at building in cash only.

Really liked the condo - living room furniture was very comfy & cozy. Could use a couple upgrades- dishwasher is pretty loud

It was nice. I’m not quite sure why were up on the 19th floor with parking as far away as it could be, when the place was practically empty but , ok. It would have been nice to get access codes and or keys to amenities at check in so I didn’t have to keep going to the front desk…. For excercise room, sauna, etc. Overall, I enjoyed it

We had a fantastic time staying a the Capri. Condo perfectly accommodated all of us comfortably. We truly enjoyed the pool. Looking forward to staying again next year.

Amenities were great, but, cable TV did not work properly and WIFI NEVER worked even though I called your office and they were going to call the owner and call me back, which never happened.
I realize it is off season, but, that is exactly when you need inside things, such as Wifi and TV to work properly,
If those were operating, I would stay again and rate higher.
