This unbeatable condo features a well-equipped, updated kitchen with all the essentials and cookware needed to fix the most delicious meals and beach snacks, an inviting living room with comfortable furniture throughout, ocean views from the primary bedroom, and a private balcony with picture-perfect views of the water–get ready to experience jaw-dropping sunsets and sunrises during your stay! You and your friends will also enjoy access to shared amenities, including the exercise and game room.
The 75 foot ocean front pool is open June 1 through Labor day weekend (subject to change per building management)
THINGS TO KNOW
Smoking is strictly prohibited on-site.
There is a $60 registration fee for parking at the Irene building.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
