About this apartment rental
Spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean, and North Ocean City beaches, from this two level Penthouse in an upscale oceanfront building. Indulge yourself in updated, contemporary, surroundings with new appliances, TV's and furnishings. Beautifully decorated and designed in 2020, featuring pristine white marble flooring and dark wood flooring upstairs.
The main level features a convenient powder room off the entrance, state-of-the-art kitchen, dining area with modern lighting, an ocean front living room with a queen sleeper sofa and 42" LCD TV. Large balcony overlooking the pool, and beach beyond.
Walk up the beautifully built cherry staircase to access the sleeping quarters. The bayview master suite has a queen bed, and a private bath. The ocean front bedroom has two double beds, a second ocean front balcony, large LCD TV, and plenty of closet space. The "main" bath, between the two bedrooms, is totally renovated, and includes the stacked washer and dryer for your convenience.
The High Point South building provides a 30' round ocean front pool, pool lounge chairs and outdoor shower, elevators to whisk you up to your penthouse, a lower level "beach locker" storage closet saves you from lugging your sandy chairs into your home. We provide a few basic beach items. Security, parking, and trash chutes, and added full sized laundry on each floor for convenience.
NOTE: We rent to families and adults over 25. No senior weeks, nor graduation parties, nor bachelor/ette parties under 25. Don't ask, as we respect our neighbors and the OCMD noise policies.
All this in a much quieter beach experience than you can get on the boardwalk area. Being on the 11th and 12th floors assures no pesky insect issues.
Daily bus-shuttle loop service takes you anywhere you want to go without dragging the car out of the lot. Dining, shopping, groceries are just across the street.
This is the beach you always dreamed of. Smaller building with only 120 units yields an uncluttered beach experience. Great dining, pubs, gifts and souvenirs are less than 10 minute stroll.

The location was excellent for the beach and listening to the waves. The accommodation was spacious and well stocked with all we needed. There are a good varied selection of eateries and stores within walking distance. We enjoyed a peaceful relaxing week. Our host was extremely helpful with suggestions on places to eat and plenry of information to make our stay comfortable. It is a refreshing change to stay somewhere that is obviously cared for and where things just work as you would expect and is not just a rental to make money. It has a real home from home feel.

Our stay at HPS was very nice. The building was nicely maintained- they had carts for carrying supplies up to your unit. The elevators were fairly manageable. I have been to other buildings where they were not ! Our unit was clean and spacious. We had two floors - which gave us some extra living space! The two balconies were also a nice perk. The unit also had some other necessities ( toilet paper paper towels soap some cooking things etc) it also had some other nice touches ( books games and puzzles as well as a fully stocked storage unit outside with beach stuff ) The owner was responsive to my questions and provided us with appropriate information prior to our stay. All in all we had a very nice week
