The Space:
Experience nothing but a truly relaxing escapade to the beach at this charming condo with terrific ocean views! Cook something up in the well-equipped kitchen and surprise the entire group with delicious meals and beach snacks. When it’s time to relax, feel free to gather around the flatscreen TV in the living room and enjoy a quiet evening at home. Or if you’re in need of a refreshing splash, don’t hesitate to visit the community outdoor pool and kiddie pool! Then, come back home to take a rejuvenating shower while the washer/dryer combo takes care of your swimming suits in the blink of an eye. Things to Know No smoking and no pets, please. From May 15-September 30, guests must pay a $35 non-refundable building registration fee at check-in. An additional $35.00 is required for a second car, and space is available on a first-come-first-served basis. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
