Overall, the location of the apartment is excellent and very convenient, which is the main reason I chose to stay here.

There are a few areas that would benefit from improvement 1. Flexibility & Customer Support: The staff were very strict regarding the RM200 deposit, insisting that it must be paid via a local Malaysian bank account. This was difficult for an international guest, especially since the prepaid rental amount was already much higher than the deposit. Similarly, check-in and check-out times were handled with no flexibility at all , even for a one-hour adjustment, which is usually possible in serviced apartments. 2. Problem-solving Approach : When I reported an issue with the lift access card, the responses were repetitive and did not lead to a quick solution (e.g., try another lift, send a video, then send another video, etc.). Ideally, a staff member should be nearby or available to handle such issues immediately, as I have seen with other units in the same building, handed by another companies. 3.Condition of the Towels & Apartment: The bath towels are quite worn out. Although clean, they feel old and overused, and the apartment had a noticeable old/aged smell that could be improved with simple updates.
