the person who provided the key was friendly
Since there wasn't a proper reception it was a bit confused. I was not informed before hand that I have to pay a refundable deposit of 150 RM in cash to get the keys and it was a big hassle to find an ATM to get a cash out

Convenient. spacious and clean. Staff at reception were friendly and helpful
Had to use the paper cups for tea/coffee. Should certainly provide mugs and or cups complementary toiletries would have been appreciated and a sofa or two more cpmfortable chairs onsidering the cost of the stay.

Good coz near The Mall
Its only have 1 key, so its difficult if we split..my first time the room key only available 1..not functioning coz i keep rerurn to lift every time my family member want ti return to the room
