The location is very convenient since it’s in the same building as Sunway Pyramid. However, the rooms are quite old, with some dust, and one of our rooms had an unpleasant smell. On the positive side, the beds and bathrooms were clean. The reception service could be improved — there was only one staff member located at the back staircase, and no clear email instructions were provided on how to check in. Make sure to check your email beforehand to get the receptionist’s contact number.

I stayed at Sunvaay Sky Haven at Bandar Sunway for one night, and my experience was truly exceptional. The room had a beautiful view of Sunway Lagoon, which made the stay even more special. One of the best parts was that the Sunway Pyramid Mall was in the same building – super convenient for shopping and dining.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The service from the staff was excellent – they were friendly and very helpful throughout my stay.
Overall, it was a great experience
