Sehr sehr netter Gastgeber und der schöne Ausblick auf der Terrasse. Sehr geräumig
Einziges Problem ist, dass man die Dusche nicht schließen kann und das Bad nass wird aber auch nicht schlimm.

Die Lage und die Aussicht waren sensationell. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer war sehr gut für 2 Paare oder für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern. George war sehr freundlich und kommunikativ. Er hat uns auch als Extraservice einen kostenfreien Parkplatz beschafft.
Das Mobiliar ist austausch- oder reparaturbedürftig: Die Duschwand fehlt (wohl schon seit langem). Die Halterung des Duschkopfes ist defekt. Aus einer Kommode fallen die Schubladen heraus. Ein Bett knarrt bei jeder Bewegung. Töpfe, Pfannen und Besteck sind teilweise verrostet. Sonnenblenden sind defekt.

Appartement très bien situé nous avons pu visiter Palerme à pieds

Deux belles chambres
Accueil très chaleureux de Georgio pour la location qui est parfaitement très propre de plus nous sommes à 5 mn à pieds de la cathédrale et de plusieurs monuments
Globalement un très bon choix
Par contre douche à revoir il manque une vitre et comme la douche ne ferme pas nous mettions de l eau partout
Et vaisselle très succincte
Même pas un saladier pour faire une petite salade le soir Heureusement nous mangions le midi au resto
Enfin rien de grave nous nous sommes adaptés

Good location - within walking distance of main attractions in the historic centre. Apartment was quiet & spacious
The kitchen: a sink with nowhere to drain washed dishes; no tea towels so had to use a bathroom towel!
nowhere to prepare food - microwave on only worktop & coffee machine on the small table ( a shelf on the wall would have helped); no cooking utensils. Just 2 wine glasses for 2 bedroomed apartment, no salad bowl. Nowhere to store any food we purchased, other than fridge.
The shower cubicle is missing one of 4 panels - this has been mentioned in reviews since the beginning of the year & one in May stating the panel was on order but clearly not! The showerhead holder did not work so hand held only - hard to have a shower without getting water everywhere !
The backs were broken on the plastic chairs on the terrace so not really useable. Most of this could easily be fixed.
The tourist tax was double that shown on this site…apparently there was an increase on 1st October although we arrived on 30 Sept. 🤔
