Hands-down the best holiday rental property we've ever stayed in! It's even better in person than in pics. The flat was spacious, the beds very comfortable and the air conditioning amazing throughout the flat. Each room had its own A/C and it worked really well - very much appreciated in the August heat! The apartment is very well located, a 5 mins walk from the Capo market but in a quiet, chic residential area.

The video showing the check in process was extremely helpful. It demonstrated every step of the way. Host Marco's response to questions was immediate. One from our group slept on the sofa which was also comfortable. Marco was kind enough to bring extra sheet set. Very quiet, comfortable and roomy apartment. Would highly recommend.

If you believe the place you stay should be a part of your travel experience, you should visit Palermo just to stay here! We've traveled around the world, and this ranks on our top 10 most memorable places to stay list. Yes, the location is excellent, the host is super nice and communicative, and the place is very comfortable with everything you might need and plenty of space. But how many places that you've stayed come with actual frescos painted on the living room and kitchen ceilings (in addition to a range of other fun historical parts of the apartment and the building). There are at least 2 units by the same owner – I looked and the pictures of the other one look nice as well, so it's also perfect for a larger group. But I would stay here even if you are just 2 people – it's that amazing. I'm not a social media type, but I did send pictures to friends with the caption, "This isn't a museum. It's the living room at our airbnb!" If you want to experience an Italian villa without leaving your living room, stay here!
