Di meglio non potevo trovare ! Struttura nuovissima super pulita!materassi confortevoli si dorme da Dio ! Host sempre pronti a soddisfare ogni tua esigenza, utili consigli per visitare Palermo dal cibo ai monumenti! Consigliatissimo alla prossima!

Salve ,o scelto questa struttura perché a pochi passi c’è la fermata metropolitana arrivando dall’aeroporto praticamente mi ha lasciato sotto la struttura,c’è anche un comodissimo supermercato Todis ed un bar tabacchi dove fare buonissime colazioni ,l’appuntamento è veramente confortevole da poco ristrutturato con una bellissima doccia,letto nuovo cucina praticamente mai usata,posizione molto comoda per muoversi a piedi a circa 1km da piazza politeama ,i gestori disponibili e premurosi abbiamo trovato acqua fresca in frigo capsule per il caffè e anche per il cappuccino 😍,ci siamo trovati molto bene

L’appartamento è appena ristrutturato, molto carino. Il materasso del letto è molto comodo, ci hanno dato delle asciugamani di ottima qualità e anche due cuscini ciascuno. L’host è stata molto disponibile e rispondeva subito ai messaggi.

Check in process was easy.

It was pretty dirty. The bed had been put together incorrectly at some point and we were afraid that it could collapse at any time. The floor hadn't been wiped for ages, in the bathroom one shower head didn't work and in the kitchen there were quite a few cockroaches. It was also a joke that there was no hand soap and that in times of Corona. Furthermore there were only two rolls of toilet paper. When I noticed this I got the succinct answer that there is a supermarket around the corner. Honestly, these are basic items and should always be available in sufficient quantities. The communication with the rental agency was mixed, as it always depended on who was on WhatsApp duty. However, we found it really cheeky that the agency tried to force us to clean the flat. An absolute joke. If you run a business like that, cleaning is part of your job too. In the end we were asked to give a 5* rating. Sorry, but this is the biggest joke of all as they are miles away from 5*.
