A spacious 150-square-meter home with a beautiful view of Mount Thaurac, ideal for a family with children who love animals and want to enjoy the large garden, the pool, and plenty of play equipment.
It is located 35 km north of Montpellier, near the Hérault Gorges and the Vis Gorges, with several sites to visit nearby: the Grotte des Demoiselles, the Cirque de Navacelles, St. Guilhem-le-Désert, and more. As for activities, there are walks in the immediate vicinity, swimming in the nearby Hérault River, canoeing and kayaking 2 km away, horseback riding 10 km away, and donkey rides 15 km away. The ocean isn’t very far either, about 40 km away.
In the garden, there’s an above-ground pool (round, 4.60 m in diameter, 1.22 m deep), a trampoline, swings, a slide, and a playhouse for the kids. A small vegetable garden is also available for your use; it has an automatic watering system. Three very affectionate cats, accustomed to children, live on the property.
