The 105 m2 house, comfortable, facing south, very quiet, air conditioned for very hot periods, accommodates 6 adults (+ possibly children and baby with mattress and extra bed). Official Rating **** (Atout France)
It includes a fully equipped kitchen 4 induction burners, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, electric oven, open living in contemporary style, with living room TV, satellite ... large picture windows giving access to 2 outdoor terraces on one level, shaded (North and South).
The 3 bedrooms offer a particular, romantic atmosphere, with 2 bedding (160x200, 2 double beds 80x200), and bed linen to hotel standards. The bathroom with cabin shower + double sink + washing machine, separate WC.
The 1000 m² garden includes a pleasant terrace in the shade of a mulberry tree, numerous private parking spaces and a barbecue for grilled evenings with family or friends.
The scent of thyme and the song of the cicadas, everything here, is an invitation to rest and daydream.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The area was beautiful. We would definitely return. The house was very large and spacious. It had everything we required.

Endlich konnten wir im Juni 2022 unseren eigentlich bereits für 2020 geplanten Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Ferienhaus genießen! Corona/COVID war für die zweifache Verschiebung verantwortlich.
Wir haben Jean-Marc und Cathy als sehr gastfreundlich und großzügig kennengelernt und danken den beiden herzlich für die schöne Zeit!
Das Haus liegt ruhig in der Nähe von Laroque und Ganges und bietet einen wunderbaren Blick in die Berge! An allen Fenstern sind Fliegengitter, was wir sehr zu schätzen wussten. Für Vogelinteressierte vielleicht interessant: eines morgens saß ein Wiedehopf auf dem Dach! Gesehen haben wir ihn leider nur das eine Mal, aber regelmäßig seinen Ruf gehört.
Die Vorlieben im Urlaub sind ja verschieden, wir waren vor allem zum Wandern in die Region gekommen und konnten diverse Ziele sehr gut und ohne zu lange Anfahrt erreichen. Wer sie nicht kennt, dem seien die Wanderführer von FFRandonnée empfohlen, die wir problemlos vorab in Deutschland erwerben konnten (in Frankreich bekommt man sie für die jeweilige Region meist in den großen Supermärkten):

Highlights waren für uns: die Wanderung auf und um den Pic Saint-Loup, die Architektur von La Grand Motte, der Markt am Samstag in unsere südfranzösischen Lieblingsstadt Uzes (eine gute Stunde Fahrt entfernt) und die diversen Keramikwerkstätten (Poterie) in Anduze.

Le sejour a été parfait de l accueil jusqu au départ: les hôtes sont très sympathiques et disponibles en cas de besoin et la maison conforme à la description, le petit nécessaire pourvu, ce qui est très pratique. Grâce à son confort et à son calme, le gîte de Jean Marc et son épouse nous ont permis de découvrir cette région dans les meilleures conditions.
