Top of the house of 120m2 (upper first floor with independent and separate access) quiet with breathtaking views of the Pic Saint Loup and the Pic Hortus.
Outside: large terrace of 50m2 in the middle of the olive trees with barbecue, pergola and above-ground swimming pool of 2.44m in diameter x H 60 cm.
5 min. walk from the medieval village (church of the twelfth century) and all shops and services (skate park, multi-sports ground, children's games, petanque court, bakeries, bars, pizzerias, Spar with gas station...).
Market of local products every Sunday morning.
15 min. from the Hérault gorges (swimming and canoeing), 40 min. from the beaches (Palavas les Flots), 20 min. from Montpellier, 35 min. from the airport and 30 min. from the Cévennes.

We enjoyed our stay. The landlord is responsive.There was a discrepancy with the pricing but we decided to get the house anyway because of location and ratings.We were surprised to find that the house is shared with some neighbors. They are very kind and helpful though, so it was no problem.The view from the house is very nice and the cute village is a short walk away. The market there is very nice.The house was sufficiently equipped for a comfortable stay.Thank you!
