About this villa rental

Come relax in a five bedroom three bath pool home in Aviana resort. Home located a few blocks from publix and only 30 minutes from Disney World. You do have a private pool and spa that could be heated for an extra price per night. Aviana resort is a gated community. Come enjoy your vacation in our spacious luxury home.

The location is great. You have everything you can think of nearby. Although because of traffic it takes a while to get to the theme parks. The two biggest negatives were the thermostat set to 73 and not being able to change it and no ceiling fans in secondary bedrooms.
