Enjoy unwinding in this family-friendly home! There's plenty of room for everyone to kick back at this home, and there's definitely enough room for everyone to relax by and in the private pool. The lanai overhead keeps everything comfortable and bug-free inside, so feel free to kick off your shoes! Inside, central air-conditioning (replaced December 2023) keeps everything mellow and cool. The full kitchen has a special pass-through design that allows space for cooks to put together meals and pool fans to run through and grab drinks out of the French door fridge. Enjoy meals together in one of two dining areas, or keep it simple at the breakfast bar. Unwind at the end of the day (and make plans for visiting theme parks!) in front of the living room TV set up with a DVD player.

Bedrooms are all spread out in this home, with the first right by the front door. This bedroom is just to the right upon entering the home, and guests can naturally enjoy a front yard view. The second bedroom (the main bedroom of the home) is through the hallway and past the kitchen. This lovely room features a ceiling fan and a deluxe en suite bathroom with a standalone shower and a soaking tub. Across the living room, the final bedrooms of this home are clustered together. The third bedroom (just to the right as you enter the alcove) is decorated with a fun Avengers theme. The fourth bedroom (based on the other side of the full bathroom with a shower/tub combination) is decorated with a fun princess theme. At the farthest end of the hall, the fifth and final bedroom features a ceiling fan and an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Each bedroom has their own unique decoration color scheme, so everyone can relax in style.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
