It was a great and cozy home. Not far from Disney at all and communication with the host was great. Only issue we had was heating the pool but due to a misunderstanding of the booking which they were awesome to resolve.

We had a great time! This was actually our second time booking this home for our stay in Florida. I have 4 kids and a puppy and this house was definitely the right place that let us walk around and enjoy ourselves without feeling crammed. The only things I would say that gave us a hard time was the lock on the door keypad that didn’t work with the code that Vacasa provided for us. We had arrived around 10pm and couldn’t get the door to unlock but luckily when we called the support number the lady who helped us was very lovely and quick to get us situated. A suggestion I would say though is the back door that slides to the pool is extremely heavy and dangerous when closing because of how heavy and hard it is. There’s no handle when pushing it to close and you could potentially slam your finger shut when you close it. Other than those minor scratches my family had an amazing time. It is very kid friendly and has a lot of space where my kids were able to play and have a great time in the pool. The area is so beautiful we enjoyed going on walks and exploring the different houses and streets around. I definitely recommend you booking here if you’re looking for a safe and comfortable place were you and your family can en confortable!

Overall the property was nice, the location was perfect. Some downsides, the property needed a little painting on the inside and some deep cleaning on the outside, like pressure washing. Pool sliding door was a little hard to open and close. Furnishings and appliances were a little dated. We were on a mission to find the perfect house to move in to.

The house was great for a family vacation specially with kids which is what we wanted, the location not so great, its a 40 min drive to the parks,( we were aware of this before we booked ) so no big deal. I read on other reviews that the AC did not work and people had issues with the access code to enter the property, we didn’t have any issues at all, all the codes worked as they should.
Pros:
Big house, game room, comfortable bedrooms, big pool, pet friendly, GREAT PRICE!!
Cons:
Distance to the parks
House is outdated, from the kitchen to the appliances, furniture, TVS, bathrooms, beds etc.
what i disliked the most was when we got in the pool we found a dead frog all the way in the bottom of the pool, it was decomposing so it must have been in there for days meaning that the pool had not been cleaned in daysssss. so yeah that was really disappointing (and disgusting )
Other than that we were able to enjoy our vacation.
