AVIANA RESORT-VILLA ISABEL with private pool and spa: FREE POOL/SPA HEAT
This spacious one-level villa is located in the gated Aviana Resort. The Villa Isabel is situated just 20 minutes from Walt Disney World and is a short drive to Universal Studios, Sea World, outlet shopping, 5 minutes to a beautiful new supermarket and last but certainly not least, world-class golf courses! If you’re looking to spend some time at the beach, you’re in luck, the Atlantic and Gulf Coast beaches are less than a two-hour drive away! Villa Isabel is fully furnished and will provide you and your family and friends with a vacation that you’ll never forget! Why? Because this property is equipped with five bedrooms, one King and one Queen ensuite, 2 queen bedrooms. The Mickey bedroom has twin-over-full bunk beds plus it has a built-in cozy loft area with a smart TV, USB ports and a shelf for all your favorite accessories. (Loft is for children 10 years of age and older). There are also three bathrooms, (the king master bathroom has a separate tub and shower, too!). That’s not all that these bedrooms have to offer. In fact, all five have LCD TVs for your viewing pleasure! The large living area also has a large LCD TV, DVD player and a myriad of DVD movies. If you want a snack while you watch TV, all that you have to do is head over to the spacious kitchen that’s fully equipped to prepare snacks or even a full meal! Outfitted with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, touch free kitchen faucet, table seating for four people and additional seating at the beautiful granite bar, this kitchen is perfect for cooking and entertaining! If you’re looking for a more formal meal with your guests, the separate formal dining room comfortably seats six. But, before you enjoy a delicious meal, you can have cocktail hour in the beautiful lanai area by the pool as you lounge on the comfortable seating. Speaking of the pool and hot tub area, this portion of the villa has lots of poolside lounging and conversation groupings and is accessible through both the living area as well as the King ensuite. As a note, a pool security fence is also available. Additionally, Villa Isabel includes high-speed internet access via Wi-Fi, free long-distance calling within the continental United States, central air conditioning, soft water system, washer and dryer, game room, portable on wheels ice chest, beach pull wagon, beach umbrella, toys for beach. Infant/toddler items, (Stroller, highchair, 2 booster chairs, pack and play). Last but certainly not least, if you want to venture out and explore the grounds of the Aviana Resort, you can find your way to the clubhouse where you’ll find a luxurious beach entry pool, and playground and volleyball area! Wonderful home, inviting and cleaned well and much larger in person than the pictures show. Great modern amenities and provided everything we needed. Had a few issues with the spa heat, but it was resolved quickly. Kids loved the pool and spa which were maintained well. Had an issue with ants in the master bathroom, which the owner attempted to remedy quickly by sending a company to spray, unfortunately this did little to curb the tiny little things that were quite annoying the remainder of our stay, but it’s Florida and I know they can be hard to combat. The beds could use an upgrade, especially the secondary queen suite that my parents slept in. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, although a bit far from more popular things in the area. The WiFi was sometimes lacking and often the cable would go out on the tvs. Game room was fun for the kids. Overall a great stay and we had a wonderful time!!

Nice House, comfortable, clean, quiet neighborhood, great communication with property manager and fast reply as well. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back to this property. This family was perfect for our family reunion, everyone loved it.
