As you will see, we have an unique water/city view home with plenty of room to accommodate multiple families or large groups.
HOUSE RULES:
- Check in after: 4:00 pm
- Check out before: 10:00 am
- 7 nights minimum: Saturday to Saturday ONLY
- 16 people maximum
- No pet/cat friendly: if so, there will be a $1,000 charge fee and immediate eviction
- No smoking inside the house: this is a smoke-free property. Smoking is only permitted outside, and cigarette butts should be disposed of properly and not thrown on the ground. If so, there will be a $1,000 charge fee and immediate eviction

Kitchen: It is fully equipped that make it suitable for preparing any meal, whether it is a simple breakfast, quick snack, or dinner.

Parking:
- Car’s parking won't be a problem! There's plenty of space for vehicles at the house.

- Security: The property has outdoor security cameras that were added for protection. Cameras facing the entrance and back of the house 24/7.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! It was perfect and fit our family’s needs. The dock was great for the boat we rented and the pool was great to relax in after coming in from being on the boat. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. We loved how close the beach it is. Lots for the kids to do, from the warm pool to the ping pong and pool table, as well as fishing on the dock. There was plenty of room for ten of us, a great space for entertaining. The owners were very quick to respond with anything we needed. We would most certainly return.

This home is very pretty and impressive. That being said, it has all hard surfaces and is very loud. As soon as someone was up and moving around any noise they made could be heard in the entire house. The main floor is glossy and slick, and after I fell by the dock and cut my hand open I went inside to clean my hand and I was wet and ended up slipping on the floor and almost fell, luckily I caught myself. (Stairs are also slippery and sharp) There are two kayaks and we brought two more to use however there is no launch and no ladder on the dock making it a little challenging to get in and launch the kayak as well as get out. The property is lined with sharp, coral rocks in the back by the dock and they hurt if you fall or slip on them. Not the best choice of rocks in my opinion. The Hot Tub was NOT hot...luke warm at best and we were given instructions to not touch the temperature and controls or we would break the entire system. Pretty dumb as a hot tub should be hot.We enjoyed our stay at the house, the back porch is really nice and is covered so it can be used even when its raining, had good outdoor furniture as well as an outdoor refrigerator for drinks. There is also a tv outside but it's not on a swivel so can't be seen from the pool or hot tub.There is a giant tub of pool towels which came in handy and the kitchen was great with just enough dishes and kitchen tools, not cluttered and full of mish mashed items from the dollar store.I would recommend this
