We have created a tropical oasis where you will find everything you need for a large group! Just down the road from Sombrero Beach, this combined Waterfront Duplex features 8 Bedrooms, 6 Full Baths, 2 private swimming pools, indoor and outdoor dining, private dock space, and enough room for 18 to sleep! Located on a canal with enough room for 2 boats. Professionally decorated and finished with high end details. There are a total of 4 master suites & 4 guest rooms along with a pull out couch.
Each side of this combined Duplex features an open-concept coastal living and dining space, with balconies overlooking the pool area and amazing waterfront views. Our Keys Beach House has a total of 4 primary suites (Yes... 4 king beds) & 4 guest rooms. Two of the guest rooms feature Bunk Beds (Full and twin size bunks)... great for the kids to share. The other two guest rooms feature queen beds.
This amazing property also features plenty of parking for your vehicles 9and boat trailers. We also provide 4 bikes, 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, 2 grills... and so much more!!

Subject to damages the relevant amount depending on the damage will be covered with the deposit and any remaining amount will be dispersed back to you card.

Our host, Ruth, was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. The property was amazing and handled our group of 17 family members very well. The units were very well kept and supplied with everything we needed for our stay. Ruth went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and even provided snacks and breakfast items for our first morning. The kids really enjoyed the paddle boards and kayaks! I would recommend this place very highly.

We had a great time here! The house had everything we needed. The location to Publix and other shops was great! Our guests arrived at different times and days so the starter pack of snacks was very much appreciated!

The house was perfect for our parents 40th wedding anniversary. There were plenty of rooms and the property was perfect! The house was stocked with plenty of everything we needed along with fresh flowers and quite a few snacks and breakfast items which was quite a lovely surprise! Thank you for the amazing experience!

Our family of 15 was celebrating Thanksgiving and anniversaries and the holiday and this property was absolutely excellent and more than we even expected. The house is modern and spacious and located on a beautiful canal with dock, two pools and so many amenities! Ruth is a fantastic host, stocking the house for that first day arrival in case you can't get to the stores nearby yourself that day. She was always quick to respond to questions or the couple of minor issues we had, for example raising the pool heater temperature a couple of degrees. Mid Marathon location is great for stores, restaurants, and things to do, including a great sandy beach just down the street from this property - we didn't even know there was such a nice sandy beach in the Keys but it was just what we wanted. We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity happens.
