About this house rental
The panoramic view of the sea and the islands is breathtaking. This spacious and bright house (160 m2) with large garden (1200 m2) is located in a dead end street, 50 m from the sea and the GR34, on a peninsula in the heart of the Côte de Granit Rose: Family reunion or with friends, you can recharge your batteries in complete serenity: sport, fishing, walking, relaxing.... alone or together, the activities are multiple and the house is spacious enough to allow solo moments.
On the GROUND FLOOR (sea view):
* Large living room with 2 bay windows opening onto the terrace, equipped with a table and sofas for 10 people (living room)
* 1 large terrace accessible from the living room and the ground floor bedroom, with 1 large garden table and 10 chairs

This large, well-built family home is located on a peninsula in the heart of the Pink Granite Coast, with coves that are chosen according to the direction of the winds, it is the starting point for excursions to Trégor, lazy days at the beach or afternoons fishing on foot with the children. For photography enthusiasts, the Kastel Erech viewpoint is located 100m away and will allow you to take magnificent photos of sunsets over the sea: we have named our house ''The House of the Green Ray'' (optical phenomenon, which occurs at sunset: from time to time, you can see an emerald green flash appear).
Household linen is provided: bedding, towels, tea towels. The basic necessities to start your stay as well (spices, household products, coffee, tea, ...)
