Single-story villa with a tennis court on 1 hectare of land

Architect's villa on one level, functional and original, designed for its owner who is passionate about boating in order to enjoy with his large family the magnificent playground of the Pink Granite coast while being both 3 minutes from the beaches, while being in absolute calm in the middle of a green setting of one hectare after the return from the beaches! You can also enjoy the tennis court available as well as an independent studio (optional) if you wish. A large wooden terrace extends the house and will allow you to enjoy without vis-à-vis the environment, the deer passing by, or the children/friends playing tennis. Finally, you can also isolate yourself on the roof terrace (35m2) to relax or sunbathe out of sight, while others prepare the fish and shellfish when you return from fishing.
