Location was great! 1 house down and 2 houses over and you are at the beach access. Place was clean and had a lot of little extras that came in handy like a baby gate for the stairs, extra pool floats and toys for the kids & extra fans for the rooms. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 6 kids from 1yr to 10yrs old. Pool was nice and the hot tub was a great extra. Covered patio area both upper and lower were nice. Overall a great place to stay, no issue at all, we will definitely rent out this location again.

We enjoyed the house immensely. SPI worked with us on adding a pet last minute and was very responsive even during the Thanksgiving holiday.

Everything was wonderful. Great parking & location is amazing. Beds were like sleeping on clouds. The showers need grip tape they were slippery. Plenty of dishes in the kitchen to cook. Overall it was a 10. I would definitely stay again!

This house is spacious and has lots of amenities but in my opinion the owners need to be sure to maintain it up to date. We got there on Thursday for Easter weekend and we had no wifi, the pool lights didn't work and the jacuzzi jets didn't turn on either. Nothing got fixed except for temporary wifi that we got late Saturday after the rental office called Spectrum. (we checked out Sunday). Another issue that the owners must pay attention to are the palm trees, in the back patio the long branches touch the poles electricity lines and creates a spark that can potentially create a fire. I had to call the fire department for them to go and check on them because we were scared of the potential danger.
In the end we tried to had a good time since we were already there, and I must say that the house is spacious and clean. Wouldn't rent the same property again or recommend it unless all issues get fixed. Especially because on these dates prices aren't cheap.
