Please note: VRBO lists the first-floor game/rec room as “Living Room 1” in the room details because the platform does not currently offer a game room option.
The home offers a spacious, comfortable layout ideal for families and group stays.

This was hands down the best rental I e ever stayed at. My family of 10 and 3 fur babies visited SPI for summer vacation and there was more than enough room/space to accommodate everyone. It was literally a 2 minute walk to beach and 1 minute walk to the golf rental store, we rented 2 golf carts and trust me they are worth it. The hosts were wonderful with communication leading up to the day we arrived and then we didn’t have to contact them once after we got there. The house was phenomenal, super clean, and they had a wagon, rolling cooler, and beach chairs that we could take and use at the beach, they came in so handy. The pool was the biggest hit, if we weren’t at the beach we were in the pool. Things I would say to make sure you take yourself are spices, cooking oil, foil/zip lock bags, toilet paper (there were 2 rolls in each bathroom, the rental agreement did mention that) and laundry detergent. Everything else was stocked very well, especially the towels. 10/10 my family and I will def be going back to visit and we will 100% look for this rental to book again.

Amazing and very clean! My family of 7 had the absolute best time at this house! Everything was very neat and clean. We loved being just a short (1 minute) walk to the beach. The pool was very clean and the perfect temperature! We cant wait to come back!
