About this house rental
Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Our cozy place sets a tranquil experience where you can enjoy sitting on the deck under beautiful mature trees, or relax in the bright and airy living room. The home has been totally renovated and nothing was left out! This one bed, one bath is a perfect getaway spot to enjoy beautiful Wilmington! We are dog friendly, but need to approve your pet in advance. Let us know if you are bringing a dog, we allow up to 2 for a $75 pet fee per dog.
The sunny living room features 3 walls of windows, but is tucked away on the backside of the house to keep privacy. There's plenty of comfortable seating space in the living room, and even a desk area if you need to work remotely. The updated kitchen has all of the essentials that you'd need to enjoy a home cooked meal, and there's a laundry closet off the kitchen for your convenience as well. The bedroom has a king size bed with nice linens and a high end mattress. The full bathroom features a beautifully tiled walk-in shower. You'll love spending time outside on the large deck complete with built in bench seating and Adirondack chairs!
Guests will have access to the entire apartment as well as the back deck and back yard. There is another rental unit at the front of the house, but it has a completely separate entrance and does not share any of the outdoor spaces. We do welcome up to 2 dogs during your stay as long as they are approved in advance. The $75 per pet fee will be charged separately after booking, so please message us directly.
There is parking available on the street for your convenience.

To help ensure a safe and secure experience for everyone, we use SafeGuest for identity verification and rental agreement review. After your reservation is confirmed, you'll receive a link with simple instructions to complete this process prior to arrival. A security deposit will be required through SafeGuest.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is 10:00 AM. These times allow our cleaning team the opportunity to thoroughly prepare the home for each guest.
During our busy summer season (Memorial Day through Labor Day), we are generally unable to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs from Friday through Sunday due to tight turnover schedules. During the week, we are happy to check availability within 24 hours of arrival or departure. When accommodations are possible, a fee of $25 per hour applies for early arrivals or late departures.
A Note About Coastal Wildlife
One of the joys of the coast is being surrounded by nature. Our area is home to a variety of local insects, including spiders, ants, and palmetto bugs, particularly during warmer months. The home receives regularly scheduled professional pest control treatments, but occasional sightings can still occur despite our best efforts. If you encounter any concerns during your stay, please let us know and we'll gladly arrange additional treatment if needed. Seeing native insects will not be grounds for a cancellation or refund.
Television & Streaming
While this property does not offer cable service, smart TVs or Rokus are available for you to access your favorite streaming platforms using your personal accounts. Please remember to log out before departure, or remotely through your streaming service if needed.

Our housekeeping team takes great pride in preparing the home for every guest, however everyone is human. If anything doesn't meet your expectations upon arrival, please let us know as soon as possible so we can address it promptly and help ensure you have a comfortable stay.

This home is located in a residential community, and we kindly ask guests to be mindful of our neighbors. Quiet hours are between 10:00pm and 7:00am each day. Parties and events are not permitted in accordance with platform policies. Excessive noise or unauthorized gatherings may result in the reservation being terminated without refund.

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your vacation investment from unexpected events. Reservations and cancellations are handled according to the cancellation policy selected at booking, and we are unable to modify reservation dates within 30 days of arrival.

Cute space with good character, in a convenient location and wonderful little neighborhood. Close access to what makes Wilmington an attractive destination. Perfect communication from the property manager, easy parking, and so on.Unfortunately the interior space was a little dirty when we arrived. Hair on the floor, especially in the bathroom, and around baseboards throughout that house. Peeling paint, open screw and nail holes in walls, broken kitchen sink facet—hanging down. Shabby all around. Yes, it looks like the interior was rennovated at some point but is not being maintained. The worst part—the "high-end" beddings and mattress were just not comforting and inviting. The only pillows provided were those overly stuffed decorative ones that you can't comfortably lay your head onto for a nights sleep. We had a couple roaches crawling around the living room on our final night. It's the South, in the Spring, so somewhat expected but added to the lack of comfort felt. Final criticism. Yes, the back yard has a fence but there's no fence at the front of the house so the yard isn't strictly "dog friendly". You're gonna need to monitor where your dog is at so they don't wander into the street toward the front side of the house.This place could be great! It could be perfect for two people on a short trip to Wilmington. Unfortunately the interior space is shabby and not being maintained. And for those bringing a dog—FYI, this is not a fully fenced yard!
