About this house rental

Newly renovated 1912 home in the Soda Pop District of downtown Wilmington, NC . Everything is brand new! Cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with a fenced in backyard and inviting front porch. This property is only blocks from historic downtown Wilmington, breweries and bars, as well as some of the finest restaurants in the city. Downtown Riverwalk, convention center, and Live Oak Bank Pavillion are a short 5 minute drive away. The Soda Pop District offers Hi-Wire Brewery, Cugino Forna Pizza and Gelato, Bowstring Brewyard and more! Only 10 minutes to UNCW campus and 15 minutes to Wrightsville Beach.
Pets are welcome! There is a washer and dryer onsite and sheets and towels are provided.

Excellent accommodations! We have stayed in many locations, this is the first one that far exceeds the photos provided on the website. Very close to the boardwalk, walking distance to pet friendly restaurants, all in a quiet neighborhood. Would stay again.

Somehow this house is even more perfect than the photos even show !!! Absolute perfection!! Def the BEST we’ve ever rented thru VRBO !! Fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds and living room set up, super clean and decorated amazingly. We can’t wait to come back!!!!
