Nestled steps from the waves, this vibrant beach house boasts a sun-filled interior, shared pool access, and gorgeous ocean views. (The condition of beach walkways, decks, and stairs changes quickly with wind, weather, erosion, and natural sand migration. We make every effort to maintain the accurate status of home amenities but do not guarantee their complete accuracy due to unexpected changes to the coastline.) Afternoons under the sun are best spent splashing, engaging in playful competition on the tennis court, and exploring Emerald Isle's beaches. Downtown's locally owned restaurants and shops are mere minutes away, and other attractions like mini-golf and the local aquarium are also easily accessible. For those seeking outdoor adventures, Cedar Street Park, Blue Heron Park, Bogue Inlet Fishing Pier, and Emerald Isle Pier are all within a short distance, providing opportunities for fishing, picnicking, and kayaking. Tranquil Patsy Pond Nature Trail sets the stage for serene walks surrounded by lush greenery and wildlife.

Inside, Relax to the Max and quickly get comfortable amidst the living room's plush seating, upscale artwork, and large smart TV. Steps from here, the well-equipped kitchen positively gleams with its brand-new stainless steel appliances and ample meal prep space. Pleasantly decorated with fun beach-themed mementos, the bedrooms boast personal TVs, high-quality linens, and central air-conditioning. The bathrooms are just as impressive with their large vanities and respective walk-in showers/jetted tubs. A private washer/dryer rounds out the interior amenities at your fingertips.
