About this house rental

This is the Downstairs unit and has been completely remodeled with all new furnishings. Third row from the beach with beach access at the end of the street. Very short walk to the beach access, only 100 steps. This is the downstairs unit of a duplex so there are no steps to access this unit. The duplex has completely separate central heat/air conditioning for each floor.
3 bedrooms (king bed, queen bed and two twin beds) with 1.5 baths plus a large outdoor enclosed shower. Washer and dryer are inside. WiFi and 55” smart tv. Very quiet street with views of the ocean and the sound.

It was an excellent location and so close to the beach. Our family of six had plenty of room and we all loved the outdoor shower after the beach visits. We would definitely stay at this place again for a future vacation.
