About this house rental

This is the Downstairs unit and has been completely remodeled with all new furnishings. Third row from the beach with beach access at the end of the street. Very short walk to the beach access, only 100 steps. This is the downstairs unit of a duplex so there are no steps to access this unit. The duplex has completely separate central heat/air conditioning for each floor.
3 bedrooms (king bed, queen bed and two twin beds) with 1.5 baths plus a large outdoor enclosed shower. Washer and dryer are inside. WiFi and 55” smart tv. Very quiet street with views of the ocean and the sound.

It was wonderful! Close to the beach, love having the outdoor shower. Fresh seafood nearby, good restaurants near by.

Lovely stay! The pictures and description aren't accurate at all: there's a washer and dryer inside, hot and cold water in the outside shower, a large picnic table and umbrella outside as well as two rocking chairs. All of the above were a complete surprise and much appreciated!
