Super responsive host. Apartment was perfect. Great location and within walking distance for the festival we came into town for. Multiple restaurants within walking distance as well.

This property is in the heart of downtown Brownwood and so convenient to the shops on the square. It was easy to get around to various restaurants & other places of interest. Best of all, it was clean & comfortable.
The only thing was that the air conditioner’s condensation pump made an ongoing noise with the water line filling up / emptying. With the light-sleepers in my party, it was a little annoying. For the sound sleepers, it wasn’t a problem. This was minor in comparison to the overall stay. We would definitely stay here again!
