Clean, convenient comfortable, and sweet staff members
A few Maintenance issue-battery going in smoke detector going off in room but they immediately got me another room

Location close to Walmart and restaurants
Breakfast was not up to Best Western standards. Food was not taken care of, just put in containers and left. The gravy was an ugly brown instead of a light cream color, potato were under cooked and eggs must had been powered cause it was one big blob. I was there 45 mins before I saw anyone to come and look at the hot food to see if they needed to be stir it. The yogurt machine and the waffle machine was the only thing that was worth eating.

The room was spacious and comfortable.
We reserved a King room. We were given a key to a King room and walked in to our room only to find someone was already in our room.
We went back to the front desk and were told they did not have anymore King rooms.
We were given a Double Queen room. Not what we reserved, but we were okay with it. We got unpacked and then realized the TV did not work. The front desk came and rebooted the TV and it worked for about 5 minutes and then no more.
We went back to the front desk and asked for our 3rd room. We were told they resolved the previous King room issue and found us a King room.
The room was find, but we could have done without the extended tour of the hotel.
