The lady that checked us in was very rude.. i told her I booked a room with a bathtub and she argued with me that i didnt until I showed her my itinerary.. and she was not happy that she had to change the room.. she also kept burping while checking us in .. said that damn pizza gave her indigestion…. The shower was broken, almost coming out of the wall, stayed on while running the bath water The handrail was rusted looked unsafe to grab The light around the mirror didn’t come on The cabinet the microwave was in , the door was broken and the desk was very wobbly Went to get ice from the ice machine and the only thing in there was a pipe from the wall…. No machine Very disappointed with the hotel.. paid good money for what I thought was suppose to be a good place to stay… wont stay again

I have said it before---- the staff does an excellent job of working with what they have. The property itself is in need of repair. You cannot just apply new paint and call it sufficient. The elevator has been spotty on it's functioning for over 2 years. That is not ok for people with health limitations and the elderly, to not be forewarned --and then be required to take the stairs. Again, the staff is awesome--- but, the property itself needs attention.

Elevator was broken. Bedding and pillows had stains on them. Several pillows had no pillow case. Bathtub was dirty. One small roll of toilet paper

The elevator was out of order. They put us on the fourth floor, but my wife has heart issues and was not able to climb the stairs. Luckily my son was able to trade rooms with us as he and his wife were on the second floor. Also, the ice machine was out of order and I had to go downstairs to get ice. It was obvious that it had been out of order for a while. Overall it was a disappointing stay. After staying at La Quinta for many years I have doubts as to whether we will ever be staying at another one. Thank you.

Great staff. Bless their hearts, they are working with limited facilities and doing their best to accommodate the guests. I am very disappointed with the maintenance of the facilities. The elevator is broken and has been, repeatedly.

The stay wasn't terrible but the elevator didn't work. I was on 3rd floor which is okay, needed exercise anyway. However it's inconvenient when hauling luggage.

We haven’t stayed at this property in over a year because of the poor condition, however, we heard it had improved, so tried again. We were disappointed, again, with the condition of the property. The staff was excellent and accommodating—-but, they cannot fix an unreliable elevator and whatever was keeping the hallway air unconditioned.

Elevators were broken over half the time we were there, they tried to put us on the 4th floor knowing this. My elderly father had to climb stairs the whole time pretty much. They did move us to the 2nd floor after we complained but I feel as if they should have told us before me we even checked in. The stairways were dirty with dead bug carcasses all over the place. Beds are not comfortable at all. Our entire hallway smelled like cigarette smoke. The staff was very nice though.

Traveling with a dog. The dog was quiet in the room with me when the manager started knocking on the door and calling out another person's name to open the door. My dog barked at the commotion she was making. When I opened the door, she informed me I was put on the wrong floor at check in and that I would be charged $250 if my dog barked after 8 PM and someone complained. I checked with the desk, there hadn't been any complaints since I checked in. Never been treated so rudely in the hospitality industry in my life. Not pet friendly. Also witnessed the same manager get in a row with another group in the hallway over moving their motorcycles. Won't be staying at this location again.

I have been charged 2x for my stay on 2 seperate cards. Then they charged me an extra 240$ for leaving beer in the fridge unopened. I have called the property manager and was told she would call me back but never did. This was the worst hotel expetience in my life. 3 nights coat me $1240.00 and i have not been refunded.

The bathroom of our room could have been cleaner. There were hairs from previous visitors as well as the lid of the toilet seat was dirty and clearly had not been wiped down. The only other thing was a smell in the room. It wasn't a bad smell necessarily, and could have been from the air not running in there for a few days previously or maybe a scent from the laundry detergent.

The first time we stayed here we were very disappointed. We actually almost didn't stay a second time but we tookour chances. This last time we stayed the experience was better. The elevator was still very sketchy this really needs to be fixed and not just temporarily. The lobby was extremely hot due to the doors opening so it was uncomfortable standing in line waiting to get our room key.

The staff were friendly. The problem is the walls and ceiling are so thin that when the room upstairs ran bath water you heard every drop and it was loud. Kids running up and down hallways echoed through the room up until 2am. Everything was very clean but highly recommend staying on the very top floor to avoid hearing any noises from above.
