One bedroom, one bath efficiency apartment. You have the whole apartment to yourself. It is approximately 560 sq ft. It is close to Howard Payne University and town. Quiet neighborhood and quiet neighbors. There is a covered parking space in the back of the house. You can sleep 2 people here, maybe 1 on the couch in the living room. There is a king size bed in the bedroom. There is a desk in the bedroom that can be used as a work space.

I rented this little apartment so I could work in Brownwood while my children were at 4H camp, be close by in the event anything happened, and not have to drive back home. This was perfect. Not super expensive, clean, easy to get to and get to other locations and shopping in Brownwood. I would recommend this.

This will always be our first choice of Brownwood accommodations! We had a great stay. Hostess was extraordinarily responsive and helpful during our visit. I highly recommend this property. Perfect space in every way!!
