About this villa rental
Come and relax and recharge your batteries in this pretty villa located in the heart of the village of La Flotte, quiet, very close to the market. You will appreciate its comfort, its quality equipment, its neat decoration, and the outdoor space with its swimming pool (5x2.5 m) without vis-à-vis. The location is ideal, close to the port, the beach and the center of the village. Ideal with friends or family!
The Villa du Marché is a pleasant villa to live in, consisting of a large living room with two lounge areas, a dining room and a large fully equipped kitchen. You will also have a scullery with a second fridge-freezer, a washing machine and a dryer.
The sleeping area can accommodate 8 travellers. It includes four bedrooms, three of which are master suites, each with a shower room. The four bedrooms are equipped with a double bed (160x200, three of which can be separated into two single beds). A separate shower room is also available.
Outside, a magnificent terrace invites you to relax quietly by the pool on the deckchairs, or around a meal under the parasol. The swimming pool is secure and heated from April to October (depending on the weather).
Two vehicles can be parked free of charge in a private parking lot located near the house.
The Villa du Marché is located in the heart of the village, just behind the market, out of sight behind high dry stone walls and with a view of the surrounding nature from the first floor... a haven of peace!
It is close to shops, and only 250 meters from the port and 500 meters from the Arnérault beach.
You can easily reach the cycle paths allowing you to discover the island by bike.
