The villa is located just outside the town of La Flotte, 900 m from the pedestrian port and 200 m from the sea. Very quiet street because reserved for residents.

We loved our time at the villa, perfectly located and the property had plenty of space. The highlight was the swimming pool which was a good temperature and very clean

This is a lovely holiday house on the edge of La Flotte.
It is well located and is within a 5 to 10 minute cycle ride of La Flotte and also Saint Martin.
Visiting outside of the main October half-term weeks meant that some restaurants were actually closed (notwithstanding the information on their websites). There was still enough choice, although we ate in more than we might have done.The weather was sometimes changeable, but that is to be expected in mid-October (and our stay followed an unusually hot spell). The weather did not prevent us from being outdoors. The heated pool was a real bonus.
We would very much like to return again.

We really enjoyed our stay at La Flotte. Christelle was lovely and the property is very well equipped. Village is close walking distance with good restaurants and shops. We look forward to returning.

My family of 4 and another family of 4 had a wonderful week in Ile De Re. The location and layout of the property suited us perfectly.
