Let yourself be seduced by the charm of the full-height living room opening onto the garden enclosed by dry stone walls. Large sofas, a beautiful fitted kitchen and a dining area invite you to share moments of conviviality. The villa is also equipped with a laundry room with washing machine.
The sleeping area includes four bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, one of which has a bath and shower. Three bedrooms are equipped with 160x200 double beds, and one bedroom with two 80x200 single beds that can be joined into a double bed. A bedroom with shower room is located on the first floor and the other three upstairs.
Outside, you will enjoy a beautiful garden with a 4.5 x 2.5 meter swimming pool secured with electric roller shutter and heated according to the weather. Sunbeds are at your disposal to relax as well as an outdoor table and chairs for lunch and dinner outside.
You can park your vehicle in the garage. If necessary, the Clos Biret parking lot is located 300 meters from the villa (paid parking in season - about 50 euros for a week subscription).
