Welcome to our historic and idyllic manor house, nestled in the heart of the Ostseeland region and not far from the Baltic Sea coast.
Our beautiful countryside vacation rental on the upper floor of the manor house is ready to welcome you and your entire family for your vacation. Four rooms provide sleeping accommodations for up to 5 adults and one toddler up to 2 years old. Three lovingly renovated bathrooms contribute to your comfort. A beautiful fireplace in the spacious living room creates a cozy atmosphere for spending time together—complete, of course, with a safety gate for our youngest guests. The open-concept kitchen brings the whole family together so you can all enjoy the peace and freshness of the countryside together.
In the manor house garden, the old fruit trees invite all guests to enjoy a snack. The beautiful natural garden offers plenty of space to relax, or you can make yourself comfortable by the grill and enjoy the evenings surrounded by nature. There’s also plenty of room for the little ones to run around—while the grown-ups can enjoy the wonderful peace and quiet.
In 2006, the Campenhausen family acquired the manor house in Detershagen and approximately 2 hectares of the former park. Since then, it has been lovingly restored, and a beautiful vacation rental has been created on the upper floor of the manor house, all with great attention to detail. The Campenhausen family are the proud owners of beautiful Labradors—who, of course, can also be found there.
Detershagen is a district of the small town of Kröpelin and is a great starting point for excursions in the surrounding area, as the village is centrally located between the Hanseatic cities of Wismar and Rostock and the Baltic Sea resorts of the Bay of Mecklenburg.
Important: Please bring your own bed linens. Towels are provided. Dogs are not allowed.
4- Room in the Manor House Vacation Rental:
Our country vacation rental is located on the upper floor of the manor house and features a large living-dining area with a cozy sofa, fireplace, dining table, and open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, a filter coffee maker, a kettle, a microwave, a toaster, and a refrigerator (without a freezer). One bedroom features a double bed (1.40 m × 2 m). The second bedroom has two single beds (0.90 m × 2 m) and a closet, and the third bedroom is furnished with a single bed (0.90 m × 2 m)—from there, you can access the guest restroom. Two separate bathrooms with showers and toilets, plus a guest restroom.
There are plenty of parking spaces available at the house—we’re also happy to store your bicycles in the bike shed. In our estate garden, you’ll find seating areas to relax and a grill for enjoyable evenings cooking outdoors.
Services: A crib and high chair are available upon request. Towels are provided for you—however, please bring your own bed linens. Thank you very much.
Visitor’s tax = 1.50 euros/ day year-round for all guests 16 years and older
Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00, and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
