About this villa rental
Alimea is a 4-star villa in the heart of the small village of Monticello, which can accommodate up to 6 people and is only 10 minutes from Île-Rousse. The proximity of the seaside with the calm of the Corsican villages.
For lovers of nature and the great outdoors, they are also located at the crossroads of many hiking trails.
The villa is equipped with a private SPA and a large terrace with a 180° view of the bay of Ile Rousse. It has 2 bedrooms and a surface area of 90m².
Villa Alimea can accommodate 4/6 people.
The interior of the villa is composed of:
-a large living area with sofa, flat-screen TV,
-a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen,
-two bedrooms with private shower room with toiletries.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
Bi-weekly cleaning and SPA maintenance are also included in the price.
First of all, during your stay, we invite you to visit our village, Monticello.
It is a village with a rich remarkable heritage such as:
-the church of St. Francis Xavier its listed chapel and dome,
-the chapel of the confraternity of San Carlo Borromeo and its organ,
-and the old church of San Quilico.
Then, still in Monticello, discover the walk located on the path overlooking the cemetery to admire the dazzling panorama of Balagne.
You will be amazed by the Mediterranean in the background on one side, the Réginu valley and its mountains on the other.
Finally, for the more sporty, tennis and horse riding can be practiced directly in the village.
In addition to a very strong architectural heritage, Monticello is also renowned for its natural heritage.
• Visit the Saleccia botanical park in Île Rousse which extends over more than 7 hectares by the sea. It is a magnificent park in the heart of the Corsican maquis, staged by a botanist. It offers, among other things, many activities, a children's playground and farm animals.
• Enjoy 15 minutes from the Gulf of Reginu (9 holes) surrounded by olive groves in the Balagne hills.
