An excellent 2 bedroom villa for rent in central Costa Adeje. Featuring its own private heated pool and amazing views from the terrace of the surrounding area. This villa offers peacefulness and privacy but still very close to the centre of Costa Adeje, only a 5 minute walk! and a 10 minute walk to the centre of Playa De Las Americas.
On the terrace, you’ll find comfortable sun loungers for soaking up the sun and a shaded pergola with an outdoor dining area and BBQ. Inside, the villa has been embellished with a traditional-style décor with plenty of space to unwind. Including a lounge area, dining space and a fully equipped kitchen, offers everything needed for a comfortable stay. There is approximately 10 steps to access the property from the street.
As you can see in photos this villa is average standard and is not luxury, it’s not recommended for those seeking high quality accommodation. However, it is excellent value for money – situated in a prime location and includes a private heated pool, this villa is a rare find.

This villa is located in the popular resort of Playa De Las Americas. Recommended for those looking for a central location with everything on your doorstep and car hire is not required. The property is 200 meters up from the Costa Adeje Hospital and meters from the Siam Park, Aqua Land and the new Siam Mall. The San Eugenio shopping centre and strip where you will find all local amenities such as many bars, restaurants, shops etc is only a short walk away from the villa approx 400 meters. It is roughly 1 km to local beaches in Playa De Las Americas and Puerto Colon. The main Las Americas bus station is also only 200 meters away from the villa. This area is very popular due to being quite central.

Super, comfortable Villa, larger than we expected. Peaceful, clean, with very comfortable beds and sofas. The Villa is a little dated and could perhaps do with some TLC, we also found the pool rather chilly despite it being heated and we were unable to increase the temperature. The location is super, with shops, bars and restaurants being close by, but the walk back is challenging as the villa is on an extremely steep hill. Overall, for comfort, cleanliness, relaxation and proximity to everything you need, would definitely recommend.
