We are a company with years of experience dedicated to vacation rentals in Tenerife South (Canary Islands). We offer a complete experience of your visit to Tenerife. Both in the accommodation and in different activities for all tastes and ages (not included in the price).
Accommodation:
Charming newly renovated apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms 100 meters from the beach. The apartment has two bedrooms with a double bed, SMART TV (the television only has an internet connection) and air conditioning. It has two complete bathrooms with shower, one of them inside the room.
It also has an open-plan room with an equipped kitchen (crockery, kitchen utensils, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, microwave, etc.), a dining area for six people and a living room with a sofa bed (it is designed for two children or one adult). It has a laundry room, SMART TV and FREE WIFI for the exclusive use of guests.
The housing complex does not have parking. It has an elevator. The views of the apartment are to an interior patio. There is no terrace or balcony.Neighborhood:
The accommodation is located in a central area in the heart of the Costa de Adeje (Playa de las Américas). Close to shops, bars, restaurants and pubs (also at night) where you can spend lovely evenings. 5 minutes from the bus station and 10 on foot from Siam Park. Guests must take into account when booking that due to the location of the accommodation (very central) there may be noise, both at night (from the pubs) and during the day from the shops.

Dear hosts,Thank you for your hospitality. The apartment's pros were the air conditioning in all rooms and the Smart TV. However, there were several significant cons. Every morning, the noise from the stands above, being dragged on the cobbled pedestrian street, woke us up at 8:30 AM. The apartment's limited ventilation made it stuffy and dark as the windows face the interior staircase, affecting our comfort. We also encountered a persistent sewage odor in both bathrooms, and the attempt to mask it with spray was noticeable throughout our stay. Some kitchen bugs were present only in the living room bathroom too. We hope you consider these issues to improve future guests' experience.Best regards,
