Great location walking distance to anything you could need - beach, siam park, las Americas, plenty of food and bar choices.
Needed new fans - they didn’t really work very well and were quite dusty. Although the apartment did stay cool as we kept the shutters down on bedroom windows.

The location is amazing, right on the main strip and easy to find. Within 5 to 7 minutes to the beach.
Was a little awkward getting in and finding the apartment but once in all good.
Now the apartment. The kitchen is slightly dated, but thats it. Everything else is fantastic, clean, easy. Would have appreciated some coffee (couldn't get the pod machine to work) but the shop was nearby and everything was cheap..
I wouldn't come again but that's not because of the apartment and location of it, but be aware the area is very 'tourist British' and being British myself I didn't get away to be faced with the same bunch of scrotes, almost every turn with every restaurant having the very same british themed menu.
Not for me.
But if you want the pubs, full English brekkies and 20 year olds speeding up and down the pavements on mobility scooters.... this is absolutely your jam.

The location is fabulous, the apartment is a great size
This was our second time staying here, first time we loved it, this time not so much. Firstly I had to clean the apartment as it was all sticky
We had cockroaches everywhere I texted the owner a few days into our 2 week stay and I’m still waiting for him to reply! The beds are so uncomfortable, lack of pillows, the couch has all springs coming up through it.
A 100% week stay will never return the this apartment,
