Piso familiar de 3hab con piscina en Costa Adeje

Mi è piaciuto tutto dell’appartamento: pulizia, comfort e organizzazione degli spazi. Posizione eccellente e molto comoda, con parcheggio ottimo e facilmente accessibile. Zona tranquilla e ideale per il soggiorno. Esperienza davvero positiva.

There were lots of people/children playing till 10.30-11 outside on like a terrace area , I believe these were residents

Very nice host, flexible and kind. The location is acceptable, as it has a limited view only inside the inner yard. 10 min walk from the beach (El Bobo is the nearest). Very close to a large market with many shops and the grocery store.

The biggest problem is the state of the apartment and of the furniture. Everything is literally falling apart. We were ready for this, as other comments said this, but not to this extent! The apartment badly needs a renovation and new furniture, besides the kitchen. Many small utilities are missing, like holders for soap or towels in the bathroom etc. The area is noisy, the doors to the balconies are not even closing, the noise insulation is very bad. The whole area around is taken by tourists from the UK: sport bars are around, the entertainment is entirely aiming for them. I would not recommend to stay is this area unless you really like this ;)
