The apartment is spacious with lovely views from both balconies. Parking for a car in the underground garage was available and was very convenient. The advertised oven no longer exists but we managed without. The apartments electrics were somewhat dodgy with loose sockets and one hanging out from the wall, not very child friendly! Access to the pool and the beach was great although the pool rules are somewhat petty. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come again.

We stayed for 4 nights at the property. It is ideally located for the all beaches restaurants and bars. The bungalow has 2 floors with balconies on both levels. It was spacious clean tidy albeit a little tired decor none of which prevented us all from enjoying our time. The owners are friendly and accommodating which we really appreciated.

Lovely apartment with great location and sea view with two large balconies . We sat on the balcony every morning and evening, view was beautiful , we enjoyed it all the time. We had a little misunderstanding with car parking but all resolved immediately -many thanks to Katya. We would love to come visit you again!

Returned from 12 day stay in the apartment on 7/8/17. The apartment was very nicely presented and in a superb location, stas met us outside the complex and showed us around, and was very helpful. The views from the balconies were great, although quite noisy at times due to the parrots that are kept in the building that can be seen towards the sea, the beds also creaked. The apartment was very close to the pool which was ideal first thing in the morning as the sunbeds were locked every evening and not unlocked until 10.00 am the following morning. As there were six of us staying in the apartment we had to ensure. At least two of us were sat by the sunbeds by 8:45am every morning in order to ensure we had enough beds when they were unlocked at 10.00 am and the daily bun fight for beds occurred. Another thing to be aware of is that if you want an umbrella you can hire one from the lifeguard for 1 euro 80 cents a day, however beware if you think of buying one to use. We decided to buy an umbrella from a local shop to save money, only to be told by the lifeguard that as our umbrella was not just blue and white, it was offensive to the hotel and community and we were not allowed to use it at the pool. As you can imagine this was very annoying as we were not told about this rule so we made a complaint to the hotel reception only to be handed a piece of paper with the so called rules we should have been made aware of. Basically they didn't want to know and said that was the rule. A day or two later we noticed laminated A4 pieces of paper taped to the entrances to the pool confirming only blu or blue and white umbrellas could be used at the pool. Oh yes and don't bother buying inflatables for the pool as you will not be allowed to use them in the pools. Ball games were only allowed in the baby pool, which seemed a little strange as this pool was designed for the toddlers. On a more positive note the resort was really nice, the beaches were just a few minutes walk away down some steps buy some shops and restaurants. The San Eugenio shopping centre at the top of the hill was really good and hosted a fantastic supermarket in the basement. The best places to eat we found were the Atlantis BBQ bar on the way down to the beach and Scotch Corner near the roundabout by the San Eugenio shopping centre. For a great night out you should also visit the Hard Rock Cafe in playa de las Americas and the Siam Water Park is a must for adrenaline junkies.
