The property was very clean and tidy very well equipped with everything a family would need very very good far a long stay would highly recommended it would definitely stay here again

Apartment location is very good. Very close to beach, public transport and Siam Park.
View from balcony is nice (ocean view).
Good free WiFi.
TV did not work. There was no one to as for any help in this regard.
You cannot choose your neighbors, ours were constantly smoking marijuana, we had to close balcony doors for our kids to remain sober. Our room was smoked in quite heavily, everything smelled of cigarette smoke.
As it is noted in other reviews - property is quite run down and in need of renovation. Bed matrasses are dirty and old. All the furniture is quite dated and half broken.
Kids pool did not work. Other two pools were operational, be we aware of that if you come with small kids.
