About this apartment rental
apartment on the ground floor, fully renovated, in residence Island Village, located in a quiet area of Costa Adeje, near the famous water parks SIAM park and Aqualand. Beautiful swimming pool, apartment is ideal for four people or family, can accommodate up to six people. The highlight, however, is the largest independent terrace of 40 square meters equipped with chairs and table for breakfast, lunch and evenings outdoors. High-speed internet included (fibre optic cable), smart TV. The location is great as it close to everything without being in the chaos of Playa de Las Americas and Los Cristianos. The apartment is about 70 square meters, with two double bedrooms equipped with wardrobes and two bathrooms. Large living room with kitchen complete with appliances included. Perfect for four people, comfortable for 6. Also available free cot and high chair.

The property was exactly as advertised and was brilliant! It was very spacious, the beds were comfortable, the air con a must and the fans in the bedrooms. It was well equipped with all kitchen requirements which was great, plenty of plates, glasses etc

Spent a week here with my husband, daughter & grandson. The villa was very clean & very spacious. Most of what we needed was there (a couple of recommendations' given direct to owner!) If you're going with a child in a buggy be aware there are several steps to the villa but not a problem if there's two of you to carry! The 'village' is in need of maybe some attention to paving's etc but not unsightly just a little tired. The pool area was very clean and not busy at all whilst we were there. You do hear a bit of noise from Aqualand which is just across the road but nothing we couldn't handle. It's a good 20 min walk DOWN hill to the main resort where there are numerous bars and restaurants to chose from, plenty of supermarkets too, obviously that means UP hill on way back :( taxi's however are easy to get and cost 5 euro's) all in all we had a very pleasant stay here, the communication between us and Massimo was excellent before and during our stay.
