A warm welcome to the beautiful Leitzach Valley at the foot of the Wendelstein! Relax and feel right at home in our cozy, natural wood attic apartment. Enjoy the cozy balcony under the gable with an idyllic view of the Aurach’s final waterfall—just 50 meters from where it flows into the Leitzach—and the wild ducks that regularly swim by. Enjoy your temporary home surrounded by magnificent mountains and clear lakes—the perfect starting point for extraordinary hikes and bike rides in the summer. In winter, take advantage of the nearby Spitzingsee and Sudelfeld ski areas, as well as the Bayrischzell cross-country skiing center, which is free for our guests. A place to recharge, explore, and feel at ease. We look forward to welcoming you!
