About this apartment rental
"Grias Di" and a warm welcome to our vacation rental "SEElig" on Lake Wolfsee in Fischbachau.
We want our guests to feel completely at home here and enjoy their stay.
Our apartment was furnished with a lot of love and our own hard work and was completed in 2024.
SEElig is located in the attic, accessible via an outdoor staircase, and features a cozy bedroom with a double bed, a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a washing machine. The open living area invites you to relax and unwind. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, and coffee maker.
The covered balcony offers the chance to let your gaze wander over the natural surroundings.
The vacation apartment is located in a quiet, newly developed area by Lake Wolfsee in Fischbachau in the Miesbach district and is about a 45-minute drive from the state capital, Munich. Train access is right nearby. Highways leading to the state capital or heading south can be reached in 20 minutes. The airports in Munich and Salzburg are about an hour away by car.
Fischbachau offers its guests a wide range of activities for vacationers all year round.
In the summer, for example, you can swim or take a boat ride on the Bavarian and Austrian lakes. In particular, the proximity to Lake Tegernsee, Lake Schliersee, and Lake Thiersee offers countless opportunities for leisure activities.
The Fischbachau outdoor pool is just a 5-minute drive away and easily accessible by bike.
Hiking and biking trails start right at your doorstep. The Maria Birkenstein pilgrimage site is definitely worth a visit.
If the weather happens to be less sunny, you can visit the Bad Aibling thermal baths or the Vitaltherme Schliersee. We also recommend a guided tour of Germany’s largest distillery, “Slyrs,” or a visit to the Wasmeier Open-Air Museum in Schliersee. The Wendelsteinbahn, about a 10-minute drive away, takes visitors in a gondola to the mountain summit (1,800 m)
In winter, the Spitzing and Sudelfeld ski areas are each about 7 km from the vacation rental.
Cross-country ski trails can be found in Bayerischzell and Hundham against an idyllic mountain backdrop.
