About this apartment rental
Small, charming, and designed with great attention to detail: Our cozy basement apartment combines a modern Alpine lifestyle with a warm, inviting atmosphere. Warm materials, soft lighting, and thoughtfully chosen furnishings create the perfect retreat for couples, active travelers, and anyone who wants to enjoy the beauty of the Schlierseer Valley.
A special highlight is your own garden area with seating and lounging spots—an idyllic spot for breakfast surrounded by greenery, relaxing in the sun, or a cozy way to end the day. The garden is intentionally set slightly apart from the apartment and can be reached in just a few steps (about 10 meters) from the building’s entrance. This allows you to enjoy a quiet, private space surrounded by greenery with a wonderful chalet-style charm.
Upon request, we’d be happy to heat our rustic “Britschl-Stubn” for you (for an additional fee)—perfect for cozy evenings after an eventful day (see wellness area).
